Blueberry breakfast cookies

Ingredients

1 cup blueberries
2 bananas, mashed
2 cups rolled oats
½ cup chopped nuts
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
½ cup nut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Method

Pre heat the oven to 180˚ C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
In a medium sized bowl add all of the ingredients together and mix well to combine. Scoop 1 tbsp of the cookie mixture onto your trays and repeat. Place in the oven for 20 minutes until golden.
