Blueberry Caprese Sticks

Prep: 10 minutes


1 punnet Blue Royal Blueberries

24 mini bocconcini, drained

24 basil leaves

12 small skewers

Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Tip: 80g pack prosciutto


  1. Thread 3 blueberries, 2 mini bocconcini and 2 basil leaves onto each skewer and place on a serving platter.
  2. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Tip: Try threading small folded pieces of prosciutto onto the skewers for a salty twist!
