Blueberry Chia Muesli Bowls

Prep: 15 minutes (+ setting time)

Ingredients
1 cup non-dairy milk (such as coconut or oat milk)
1 cup Blue Royal Blueberries
1 tbsp maple syrup
Zest of one lemon
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 tbsp chia seeds

 

Optional toppings:

½ cup yoghurt

¼ cup granola or muesli of your choice

A handful of Blue Royal Blueberries

Method

1 Blend all the ingredients together, except for the chia seeds and toppings.

2 Stir the chia seeds into the blended blueberry mixture.

3 Let it sit for 10 minutes and then stir again. Place in the fridge for 4 hours, or overnight, to thicken.

4 The next day, serve with toppings of your choice!
