Breakfast bruschetta

Ingredients

1 loaf sourdough fruit loaf
200g fresh ricotta, cottage cheese, labne or thick yoghurt
2 punnets Blue Royal blueberries
Passionfruit pulp, cinnamon sugar, honey or maple syrup, to serve

Method

1 Thickly slice the fruit loaf and toast. Top with ricotta, cottage cheese, labne or yoghurt.

2 Top with a pile of blueberries. Finish with passionfruit pulp, cinnamon sugar, honey or maple syrup. Serve.
