Quinoa Bircher muesli with blueberries & passionfruit

1 punnet Blue Royal blueberries
1 small banana, peeled, chopped
1/2 cup greek natural yoghurt
1/2 cup reduced fat milk
4 large ice cubes
1 tsp LSA
1 tsp honey


1 Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and smooth. Pour into chilled glass and serve.

Variations: replace the banana with 1 chopped mango, 2 can pear halves or 200g strawberries.

Healthy Tip: LSA is made from ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds. It’s rich in protein, which helps to keep blood-sugar levels balanced and curb sugar cravings. Once opened store in an airtight jar in the fridge or freezer to keep fresh.
